N'Oatmeal

A warm, hearty breakfast "cereal" to kick off a cold morning.

Equipment

  • 1 Small sauce pan

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup hemp or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon Extract of your choice Vanilla, banana, strawberry, maple are all good choices
  • 1/4 teaspoon Liquid Stevia, or to your desired level of sweetness Or use the sweetener of your choice.

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
  • Heat the N'Oatmeal over medium heat until it reaches your desired degree of thickness.
  • If it is too thick, add additional hemp or almond milk to thin it out.
