N’Oatmeal
Equipment
- 1 Small sauce pan
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup hemp or almond milk
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon Extract of your choice Vanilla, banana, strawberry, maple are all good choices
- 1/4 teaspoon Liquid Stevia, or to your desired level of sweetness Or use the sweetener of your choice.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
- Heat the N'Oatmeal over medium heat until it reaches your desired degree of thickness.
- If it is too thick, add additional hemp or almond milk to thin it out.
